LOL this is adorable! That dog has no expression and it seems like it's just sick and tired of hearing him talk and try to kiss it so it's just really jaded and then it hushes him up. LOL Love it! Too bad I didn't know what the guy was saying since I don't speak japanese. Too cute none-the-less. :D
