    As soon as I saw the name, I realized it was from one of the Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei albums. It has some pretty great tracks, too. Of course, now I have even less of an idea of what they're all about...

    This song is actually a little bit older than the Sayonara Zetsubou Sensei albums. It was taken from this nice album by one of Ootsukis bands called tokusatsu (特撮):
