The real WTF is that this video has 115 million views, I guess there's really no way to tell what will become popular in Japan.

    1) It's nyoki nyoki, not nyuki nyuki.
    2) Nyoki nyoki is the sound a mushroom growing, but more importantly an onomatopoeic expression meaning "shooting rapidly upwards."
    3) This girl is part of a band, and this is probably the best promotion they have done.

    Mushrooms make a sound when they grow? And it also means "shooting rapidly upwards"? Granted, a mushroom does grow fast compared to say, a tree... but taking it as a symbol for shooting upwards? Ever heard of rockets, Japan? or do they make "Nyoki nyoki", too?
