Jive Mutton

You often hear about ideas being lost in translation. Many times even a great translator cannot transfer the tone or eloquence of the original text. Every once in a while however, something is gained in translation. What could be gained you ask? WTFs.
This is a poster for a Mongolian restaurant in Japan. It has Japanese and English instructions that teach people how to cook mutton on a Mongolian grill. Apparently the Japanese translation is fairly ordinary, but the English translation is... well you have to see it...

  1. Is that how they think all English speakers speak? I can't even identify the dialect they are attempting to imitate.

  6. Check with Wikipedia. Caucasians are from the Middle East; Turkey, Iran, eastern part of Russia. The name spread to include just about all of Europe. Immigrants to the Americas (North and South) who are not Asian or African are mostly Caucasian.
