After some research, I've come up with this:Seiyu is the Japanese arm of Walmart. "Basupura" or "baspra" stands for "basuketto puraizu" - or "basket price"; the approximate price of a single shopping basket filled with standard household goods. Seiyu has (apparently*) managed to have the lowest "basket price" for two years running, and is advertising this fact in typical Japanese fashion with synchronised dance routine television ads.* according to their website.
isn't all that wtf to me, looks like some of the commercials we have here. Looks more like a womens product commercial.
