Subway squash

This is kind of like riding the muni in San Francisco. The Japanese have it better though because they're clean, we get packed in with bums and hippies.
I guess the stench is still better than some unwanted Chikan (NSFWikipedia)

  3. This reminds me of one day I got on the train to go to the Fair. We were squeezing just like that D: And to make things worse, someone threw up about 3 feet away from me T-T. The ride after that lasted for another good hour or so. Never again.

  8. In the first video that sound the train made before taking off, was a sigh the train let out for the loss of it's dignity as a passenger vessel.

I was in Japan for 2 weeks and used a JR Rail pass. I traveled from Tokyo to Maebashi, back to Tokyo, then to Toyohashi, back to Tokyo, then to Kyoto and finally back to Tokyo. Not to mention all the rinding the I did in Tokyo.
On the train to Maebashi, I had to stand on the stairs crowded with people. Both upper and lower seats were full and you can't stand in those isles, but you could stand in the entry areas.
Also, on the train during rush hour it was packed. Through all that it was never to the point were people were pushing and shoving at the door to pack an already full car.

In the first video some people attempted but just said "Fuck it, there will be another train in 15 minutes."
